I don't have words for this. I am from East Tennessee. For a long time communities here have worked hard to move away from the past and be places that everyone can live and have a good life. Any time I hear about things like this, it makes my blood boil. Take your time to heal. We will be here for you.

Normally I don't post on YouTube, but I've been following all your song start to finish tutorials, doing them myself, and they are amazing, I watch all your other videos as well and they're awesome too. You're my favourite producer to watch on YouTube and I tell a lot of my friends about your channel. Compared to others I'm still a baby producer with big dreams, I've only for a short time so far being learning keyboard and finger drumming, so I'm both new to learning music as well as music production. Your tutorials and your overall great messages have gotten me very far. I used to be hard into the bush doof/music festival scene, and that eventually inspired me to want to create electronic music. Collective Intelligence
A quick announcement...
I won't be able to make a video this week, or for maybe one to two months... I know a lot of people are in anticipation of the 'track from start to finish series' and I'm fully committed to completing but I have some unfortunate news to share;
On Monday morning a group of young males entered my house - I was the first they encountered, I didn't even see them coming. They assaulted me violently - hitting me approximately 15-20 times in the head/shoulder region - I was cornered and caught by surprise and even if I had seen it coming, the force was overwhelming - there was no way I could defend myself against that.
Most of my male housemates were also assaulted, some with baseball bats.
My partner Tennessee and I no longer feel safe and secure in this property, so we need to move out - so that means moving the studio too.
Tennessee and I have worked so hard to build this share-house into a creative hub, it feels so tragic to have it taken away from us so violently.
We will search hard for a beautiful new place to sew new seeds - I will get back to tutorial production as quickly as possible.
