Hi, Lizzy. I'm new to your channel, but I am wondering something. Will you consider listing the cost for a recreation:vs: the cost at the restaurant? You could even do the entire spread, no matter how many servings. Of course, cost is not the only consideration that determines the value gained with homemade, but I find it satisfying to have that knowledge as part of any of meal/recipe that I make at home instead of buying out (aannnd, to be honest I''m rigid about taking a minute to add it up). Running through my head is often some version of, "I just made 8 (quality-controlled) portions for $12.00, compared to one serving being $7.99 if I ordered it out/bought it pre-made." Left over ingredients are deducted...if I bought 12 oz of dried shiitake for $9 (local Oriental Market for the wiiiiin!), and only used 8 oz, I'm only counting $6 towards the meal. It literally adds to my enjoyment. I also love math (especially equations) and order. A lot. ~~ Take care, woman.
