In spanish it depends. I love you could mean "Te quiero" or "Te amo". Te quiero its more about affection, something you could say to a friend. Te amo is pure love which you can use for your partner or family.

In Urdu this translates to "Main aapse pyaar karta hu". However, I prefer saying "My love" which translates to "Meri Jaan". The word 'aapse' is more respectful than saying 'tu'.
