I was exceptionally lucky in finding a Gaggia Baby '91, built in 2000, for the price of a footlong sandwich. In beautiful condition, buttons all work and the silver etch is still all there. All it took was a good descaling, removing the dried out group head seal and scrubbing the heck out of that area, then replacing the seal with a spacer in place. And she's running great. So every day I run at least one espresso through it, to appreciate the machine. My ROK Grinder has been a good way of single-dosing without wastage and grinds fine enough for the machine.
