Keep on following up. I requested relocation of my connection and it took 1 and half month to deliver for them to deliver. SLA should be6 days, Customer service told me 3 weeks. Yet they were not able to delver. Now I am having issues with LOS blinking red. Hope you get your issues resolved ASAP.

For the past 5 days we have not been able to share updates on our channel due to fiber connection issues. PLDT has been informed and we hope the problem will be resolved soon.
