I won't expect 100 duck sized horse to make any sort of coordinated attack so I expect to win.

You quickly loose control with 100 horses and it becomes overwhelming, they attack you from all directions. At least with one giant duck you can focus on its weaknesses and strengths and attack wisely. And once it's killed it's done.

You just need a couple good shots into a duck sized horse; 100 mini horses would likely require more munitions
