One idea would be to cover one-footed/one-wheeled manuals and how/when to use them. Another would be cess slides and other oddities like med-spins and abstract airs/spins. I’d personally like to know how to fall without breaking myself 😂. Cracked my ribs 3 weeks ago and my knee 5 weeks ago. Fully padded up now, and ribs are feeling better, but knee and hip seem to be giving me a little trouble

You've mentioned working out before, I would love a video on which (in gym) workouts help with blading, I know squats are a good thing to focus on but I want to put this winter to good use when I can't skate.
