Crimson, the Fallen Fire God

So I had an idea for a new texting story, and I was going to give Midoriya a quirk, but I can't seem to settle on one for him. If you guys could choose one of the quirks below based on which one you think is best, I'll use that one for the story. A quick rundown of what each quirk does is listed below.

Impact Redirection: Allows the user to absorb the impact of an attack and channel it through their body, throwing it back at the attacker, or other targets.
Downsides: The energy cannot be stored for later, but can be stockpiled momentarily to throw larger amounts of energy back. The user still takes, at most, 45% damage from the absorbed attack and cannot redirect the impact of non-physical attacks.

Resonate: The user can synchronize their mind with a target, letting them see one another's thoughts and actions, allowing for minor telepathy and see through the other's eyes.
Downsides: Resonate can only be used on 1 person at a time, and using it too often can result in both connected individuals suffering migraines, and the user of Resonate suffering seizures.

Amplifier: The user can force a person and their quirk to temporarily become stronger through physical contact. It can also create intense sound waves that have enough power to crack concrete.
Downsides: Amplifier cannot be used to create sound waves if it is already being used to strengthen a person, leaving the user vulnerable. Using too many sound waves can cause nausea and temporary deafness.

Minimization: The user can shrink their body down to any size they desire, so long as it is smaller than their original size. The user, when in a shrunken state, does not experience a loss of strength, hitting as hard as they would at full size.
Downsides: The user cannot shrink other people or objects, and changing size too often can result in muscle tearing and requires more time to shrink or grow completely over time.
