This is the single most helpful poll I have seen on the Coronavirus pandemic

In my area - the county, the local health system and local pharmacies have sign ups for vaccine alerts. We are currently vaccinated service workers (I live in a tourist town) . If you can’t find out anything from the county offices check with your healthcare provider or ask a pharmacist. Getting this information was more challenging but it appears that updates are more consistent around the country from what I am hearing from my friends and family and other areas.

New Q: what happens if the vaccinated start turning into zombie rage monsters?

Basically how long I'll stay immunized for and how protected am I against the mutants? What is the efficacy of the Moderna and Phizer vaccinations against the mutants? Biggest fear is vaccinations being ineffective at preventing death/hospitalization against the variants, or ineffective after only a few months or so.

My work offered the Moderna vaccine. So I got double jabbed and minor symptoms for about 10 hours. We fell under an essential workers thing. Honestly, I may have got it early on before we had access to swabs. But we do have strict covid-19 standards in place.

I picked how long it lasts. Frankly, nobody is really certain.

I'm immune compromised due to treatment for an autoimmune disease and my doc still hasn't given me the green light but failed to elaborate why.

Regarding how long the vaccine last, clinical research is still on going. Clinical trials for the vaccine started less then a year ago. So we just don’t have the data yet.

The when and where have been the most annoying. It was through my work that I found out I was eligible, but then the issue came with finding out where to go. Luckily Kaiser (my insurance provider) has a decent setup, although the e-visit was buggy for me, but I got mine scheduled. I don't know how I would have done it without Kaiser because it seems like many other providers and doctors offices aren't super helpful. Also, the California My Turn website was trash when I tried to use it. I don't know if it has been improved.

This should be a multiple choice poll. Three of these Q/A’s apply as far as I’m concerned; when, where, and best.

I got the AstraZeneca from the nightingale hospital. There's also a free bus service that drops people off outside every 20 minutes

Like its really unclear for when I or my wife can. I have to work in person but my category(defense) is not specifically labeled in the vaccine rollout info. And the wife has asthma but only occasionally uses an inhaler.

My question is when will our children start getting vaccinated. My 11 year old son has been away from all his friends and family for a year and taking a toll. He's depressed, gained a lot of weight and all his activities from soccer to Tae Kwon Do were canceled. We need the kids and teachers vaccinated and back to school and a sense of normality
