I will be very interested in watching & trying the recipe , I have all purpose flour but it’s only a cheap brand ( it’s called home brand in Australia) will this be okay to use. 🙂 so hard to buy flour!! I think vanilla icing will be nice

I do not have regular sugar..but I do have honey..can I use honey and how much honey should I use in plsce of the sugar..Thank you and looking forward to cooking with you.

Dear Bettie, I am not good with technology so I am not even sure if this is the right way to contact you. I wanted to let you know that your easy sourdough bread has changed my life.! I have made a loaf a day for 2 weeks and the loaves are delicious and beautiful. My friends and family are so impressed....but more importantly I am so motivated to learn more. I want to use different flours, flavorings ie olive oil, garlic, rosemary.....where and how do I do this....sorry for the rambling message. Kind regards-kim

I know ingredients are difficult to find for some people so if you are missing something specific let me know and I'll try to help. However, you definitely need either all-purpose flour or bread flour for this recipe.
