we (3 of us) tore down a 1956 2700 sqft house and built a new one and was moved in within 18 months while working full time in Alaska mostly in the winter so im sure you can do it

Huge number of hours of labor go into most any house. I've seen them built in 6 months, but there are workers swarming all over the place getting in each others way day and night.

PLFL are professionals? Come on.... 😂😅. When YOU will finish your house build shouldn't be an issue.
