i'd like to see you comment on movie fight scenes, not to judge them or the performers at all but to explain how they work and why they work, a sort of insider analysis, you could probably demo what you mean to support the narrative. That would be interesting!

Your content is really great. Could you please consider making a video for people exceptionally poor strength and flexability specifically for the side kick. I can't lift my leg past 45 degree, and I cramp/lock up really easy. I love side kick but can't do them very well. How can I fix this (I'm a total number beginner white belt). Thanks.
