This would be an absolutely stupid firing. He coached a team that many "experts" had as a 9 seed to the playoffs, and within a few points of advancing with old Chris Paul as their best player. He also almost upsetted the 73 win Warriors, and actually was toying with them til Durant and company folded. He's as good a coach as you will be able to find with this roster. Not sure who out there can do a "better" job with this cast of characters.

Stop playing. Players had complete control when BD coaching. When RUSS, PG, and Melo were playing they all in an INTERVIEW said they decided to stop calling plays and going with the flow of the game. That says a lot about a coach. KD left because he didn’t like BD, also quoted on his burner twitter. CP3 was COTY. Not BD. He just had that title. Chris was always the one who came up clutch and made the plays needed to put the Thunder in position to win this season. Not Billy. Stop playing. I watch every game, and postgame interviews. I’m not the one. I promise. We’re moving on. In Presti we trust.

Trash coach, bout time he’s gone, never says anything even remotely intelligent in his interviews, never has a solid game plan. Good riddance

Billy Donovan will not be returning as OKC's head coach next season, per @wojespn
Wow! Goodbye Donovan 👋
Thoughts? Who should we hire next?
