Way of Ramen

OK I'm probably just gonna figure something out and go back to filming ramen recipes as best as I can with my current situation but I also got apt of requests for more ramen recipe breakdowns. Here's a list of youtubes you guys have recommended, who do you want to see next?

@antonc81

Alex the French guy’s ramen series I suspect you would have a lot to say about. Also ramen kaonashi seems to have some pretty legit recipes.. would be cool to hear some of your comments.

Adam liaw is by far the best ramen maker among these guys 🔥

Pro Home Cooks would be interesting because a lot of his method isn’t traditional (eg using roasted bone stock) but it is really useful for home cooks because he’s good about ingredient substitutions and weeknight variations. I’d be curious to hear from a more traditional ramen chef whether Mike’s style is true to the spirit of ramen if not exactly the letter.

A video about Adam Liaw could be very interesting because he seems to be the most accurate among the 4 guys and I'm really interested about how you will comment his method ! 👍

Made Adam's and it's fantastic. He likes a lighter tonkotsu like you, but I do think there are some things in there that you would do differently. Love the critique vids btw, seems like a great middle ground until the free time and passion make a comeback.

No offense to the other homies, it takes balls put yourself out there on the internet, but Adam Liaw seems to be the only one worth critiquing :/ I'm seeing a lot of requests for Alex French Guy. He has smart content, I would love to see your commentary on any of his ramen vids. ...Although may not be much to critique seeing as he is pretty solid!

Even though Adam is probably the best, I am interested in your take of Pro Home Cook because his way is very different to traditional method.

Nick DiGiovanni had had his work critiqued kind of to death - but while a few might be tired of it, it will definitely draw views imo.
