It's been so miserable in my neck of the woods too, didnt even get out of the pajamas today, not much sun and brigade burn offs before summer so the air is clogged with smoke...I totally get you!

Hope you're OK. I used to get SAD but then I read a book on Hygge and decided to embrace Winter with cosy evenings in, warm fleecy blankets with candles and fairy lights, games nights with our boys and lots of Winter entertaining, it's really helped :-)

SAD - definitely a downside to living in NZ. My wife suffered from it quite noticeably but since we've lived in the Middle East it has disappeared (a plus to living somewhere very warm).

Spend some time at the beach if you can. I read a quote that I love, "The cure for anything is salt water...Sweat, Tears or the Sea. By: I. Dinesen. Not a cure all but I know how much you love the beach. Time there may lift your spirits. Blessings. :)

Kaupokonui beach has bronze sand grass (sand grass? I'm sure they have a proper name...) Ailia and I were there the other day and it would be perfect to photograph I thought, at sunset. Even to see them helped my soul a little.

A Thousand Words
I need to take a little break so there won't be videos for the next while. SAD is kicking my butt and I just need to look after myself.
