Louise...... I need you lol I want to make a roast in my ninja foodie, the kind you can pull out in slice but won't fall apart like a pot roast. can i pressure cook it with all the seasonings on the outside but not put it in the water for just a short time then continuing on either air crisp or bake so it gets that nice crispy outside? I just don't want it in my oven for hours and then come out tough in the long run. Thanks my dear
