Sarah Lavender ASMR

Hello friends! I'm working on creating a headache/migraine relief video and I wanted your input on something. :) There's been some science showing that gentle binaural music or beats (with specific frequencies) can help with headaches and relaxation, but I'm not sure if I should include this type of music in this video. It will sound a little like meditation music. :) Let me know what you think! Thank you 💜

@babybluesigh

I absolutely LOVE spa asmr videos for this EXACT reason. The very soft, “meditation” music is somehow just more relaxing paired with quiet talking. i’d definitely watch both though, for days when i’m not feeling the music!

I have had migraines for 26 years. Binaural beats actually help. I am so excited for your new video. I love you channel!!

Making 2 separate one's with the music and one without would give you more insight into what they felt about each. Not only that but I know it help's me with my anxiety having option's rather than being set in stone. Continue doing what your doing because me and the rest of those who support you will always be here, rooting for you and cheering you on! ❤❤❤

For me it depends on the headache or migraine. Sometimes I can handle music, sometimes I can't.

I've been a chronic migraine patient for 22 years now. For me only certain types of music are tolerable during a migraine and I don't enjoy music in asmr videos but some people may really find it soothing. Everyone's migraines are different. If you make 2 versions I would just avoid any music with higher pitches. I'm looking forward to seeing what you create!

I have chronic migraines and this type of music helps me so much, I search for ASMR migraine relief often but haven’t found a truly helpful video yet. I know yours will be amazing 😻 can’t wait to see it!!

Sara I love that you're doing your videos in a scientific way. Yes me too I saw some research that tells the same thing, and I frequently listen to a video here in YouTube that is exactly those sounds. I would also suggest you to mix it with basic relaxation/meditation phrases said at the beginning course of the app Headspace. Bineural + music + meditation

I find meditation music relaxing, so I am all up for it 🎶😊

I would love to see both versions. I’d love to try the music, but certain music can trigger my migraines so I’m a little scared.

i love bg music! i guess this is unrelated but i easily fall asleep to someone watching movies or playing video games lol. back to the topic tho i think adding binaural would be therapeutic for so many!

@Torraim

Personally that would make my headache way worse so I’d be very happy with two versions.

Music only if you sing! Lol don't know if you can sing but just go with the consensus! You do great work by the way...true natural! And thank you for spending so much time doing this!

As there’s sometimes confusion on this, I would just like to take the opportunity to highlight that migraine is more than a headache. Most ‘normal’ headaches are medically Tension Type Headaches. Migraine is a significant neurological condition.

What's the best is the sound of rain 🌧️ with ur soft spoken smooth mellow tone voice will relax anyone with any problems right to 💤😴. Only to awaken and play it again. U-Go ASMR QUEEN 👑💯% Beautif

i think a really nice example of music incorporation without it being too distracting or “loud” is Latte ASMR

Oh wow, the other night I was thinking there should be more Asmr regarding headaches/ migranes because I wasn't feeling well. It can definitely help. I'd like to see both options to be honest

Some times music is nice, other times it wakes me up when it stops

Im in love with a light spa music i the bsckground of ur voice... I voted for music, but i think its better for your channel if ur up to upload 2 versions. The subscrivers will love u in bith ways anyway💙💙

@alotofheart

Maybe you can put two versions this time and then do the poll again to see which version was preferred so you don’t have to create two videos next time (unless you want to).

@someguyshandle

I would continue listening without music probably. Might be cool if you had a video about helping someone nurse a headache and included a segment with that music (maybe you're putting headphones on the viewer for a while as one intervention). If it's toward the beginning, those who don't like it can skip. So instead of two videos, you just include a lengthy music section maybe? Good luck, whatever you decide. You're great!
