It's been a whole year in the works but *THAT* highlighter I've been casually mentioning in my videos is in fact my own creation with Ofra....Milk + Cookies 🥛🍪 !! It's a split pan COOKIE SCENTED highlighter that has just the most insane formula. Milk is an intense metallic creamy shade that's totally neutral so it never gives a cast. Cookies is a warmer rose gold that gives the skin an airbrush finish. Mixed together and it's just the most insane blinding highlighter that SO many of you have been asking about for months.
GAHHH I just can't believe this is actually happening. If you've followed me for a while you'll know that Rodeo Drive by Ofra has always been my favourite highlight but this...? Somehow we topped it ✨
