Loving the five day full-body split! If you could only workout three days a week (full body), can you please explain what exercises/volume you would use. Thanks!

When did you start seriously lifting? Thoughts on teenage bodybuilding/training/nutrition? If you weren't a social media influencer, what job would you have? Finally, is college worth it? Thanks bro. 💪

My nipple hairs are beginning to protrude outwards at an exponential rate. If I listen to hard techno, they begin to somewhat plait themselves. Any advice?

Talking about using protein powder or not. I think is unnecesary but I know it helps a lot with the muscle recovery and more. Some doctors have told me that protein powder hurts kidney, so what do you recommend from the point of view of health?

I currently have 2 years left at uni. I enjoy helping people feel better in their bodies but not sure if its a passion. I make alot of training plans for my mates and help track their progress. If you were in my position would you go all in on internships and trying to get a top graduate job, or start an online PT service (in what seems a crowded market)? Only motivation for a graduate role (probably in banking/finance) is the salary. I currently have about £15000 saved, but scared to commit any at the moment. Love the videos man

If you go the gym 2/3 times per week is it better to do push pull legs but maybe miss a session or do full body so everything is covered?
