YouTube viewer is not a demographic... They may need to narrow it down to type of content, age and so on.

This kind of survey would work for "average household income of your subscribers," but not really as a representative sample of all YouTube viewers.

Results will not be reliable. Your subscribers may not be typical of all YouTube viewers. Many will choose not to participate. The ones who do may not report accurately - at this point in history many incomes are in flux and/or coming from unusual sources. The correct answer is "I have no idea!"
