we wrote this in JA when i was having a bit of a moment with my self esteem and i know i’m not unique in saying that social media has played a massive part in some of my mental health struggles and Nat Dunn & Dyo were the queens of helping me put pen to paper on this one !
i’m sure i’ll forever be trying to find the optimum balance but one thing i do know is we all need to care a lot less about these apps and the unnecessary pressure we put on ourselves to feed them ya no? i hope you love the track but more than anything i hope it’s something someone needed to hear today 💙
