So what the problem is is that I'm a windows-based PC guy I found an iPad on an airplane and I want to be able to factory reset it so even though I have iTunes when I hook the iPad up to my computer it's unable to do the restore process because it doesn't understand the Mac iOS so what am I supposed to do can I take the back off of it or something in like pull a module or something
