@stuartbond4999

Explain more in depth on different cue actions and tempo with different methods. What's the benefits for a deliberate pause and hold on pull back compared to a slow acceleration when bringing cue back and striking without a deliberate pause and why players differ from pausing on the white , backswing or both :-) 👍

Hi Nic, Fantastic videos! World no1 coach, thanks for hours of education. Would it be possible to explain a little more about the tangent line you alluded to in one of your videos. Roy (Cheshire)

@MrRoojones

Would love to see a video on safety. How to judge catching the object balls thin to get back to bulk as a lot of players catch them way too thick or sometimes way too thin. Can't quite get the middle ground. Cheers Nic

Hi Nic, I am a big fan of your YouTube channel (great work, very interesting videos). I would be interested to know your opinion on a snooker question. Could make an interesting video. I've been playing snooker recreationally for about 20 years. I am right handed. I played someone new recently, and they commented 'I didn't know you were left handed', and I suddenly realised I've been playing snooker left handed all these years. I guess when I first picked up a cue it felt natural to lead with my right hand, and so that became my bridge hand. However, I would never throw a dart for example with my left hand. Also I play right handed with the rest. I've noticed some professionals who play left handed but right handed with the rest. I was wondering if these players are actually right handed, but play snooker left handed, like me, and if it is a recognised thing. I've since tried to play snooker right handed, and I can't do it. It would take so much practice to train myself to do this now. But I can help but feel if I had started playing right-hand when I first started I would be much better now. Do you have any interesting opinions on this, or know if these left-handed pros who play right-handed with the rest are actually left handed? Thank-you for reading, keep up the great work with the snooker gym channel. All the best, Michael

Hi Barry. Congratulations on reaching 15000 subscribers! I would like to learn some way of maintaining concentration, as some days I can pot and make reasonable breaks, then other days I struggle to pot 2 balls on the trot. I've checked my cueing and pre shot routine, and they're ok. I've noticed on the days I play well I don't hear what's going on around me, but the days I play poorly it seems I can hear every conversation in the club! Any tips to sharpen my focus on these off days?
