so much respect for you eve. one of the only creators i've seen actively using their platform to do more than spread petitions (ofc spreading petitions is great, but it's amazing seeing someone with an audience using their platform in this way)

Hi guys,
I hope this message gets out to enough people. I'm sure you've all seen the events in Minneapolis, where George Floyd, an unarmed African-American man, was killed at the hands of a police officer. I am sure you all share my disgust and outrage at what has happened, and I hope you are as keen as me to learn more and educate yourself on how you can do more.
So instead of uploading a video this Saturday I'm going to go live on here at 8:30 for an hour to do a fundraising live stream where we can talk openly about these issues, educate one another and talk about the racism that is entrenched not only in the US, but across the world and in our own country, the UK.
I'm hoping to speak with some black people about their own experiences if they are willing, and to put together a bank of useful resources we can all make use of to learn more and know how to take more meaningful action.
