Praise God! This is true. We need to be mindful of what we are speaking. Our words will bear fruit. Amen! Thank you for sharing.

The Lord has been highlighting this to me for weeks upon weeks. When this happens, I know the Lord is serious. Family, we need to be mindful of the words we speak. Some of us speak entirely TOO much about nothing at all. Family, I said we speak ENTIRELY too much about nothing at all! Instead, let our mouths be filled with words of substance. Letโs us put off empty words and speak only what is for the edification and building up of others. Just like people listen to us speak, so too does God hear. We know already that life and death are in the power of the tongue.
โHe who guards his mouth preserves his life: but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.โ ๐ Prov 13:3
โBut I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.โ ๐ Matthew 12:36
โBut shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.โ
๐ 2 Timothy 2:16
โSet a guard, O LORD, over my mouth; keep watch over the door of my lips!โ ๐ Psalm 141:3
