I'm at a crossroads for content, and I'm not sure what you guys want anymore...help me find out. Fresh ideas are welcome!

It's your "Personal content you didn't subscribe to" that got my attention, but it's your "Corporate Cringe" videos that keep me entertained. As someone who has distanced myself from a cult family to find my own way in life, I truly appreciate your honesty on here.

I watch for a millennial to expose the reality of our lives without fear of burning bridges.

Corporate cringe and personal life content are my favourite!

Well when you were in the tech industry you made videos about it. When you had the family situation thing you made videos about it. So yeah, whatever you're doing now, make videos about it. The fact that you have an user base regardless of the content you decide to put out makes it pretty easy to just explore new stuff: people care about you and not necessarily about what a specific video is about

My favorite videos of yours are "i wasted my 20s" "why i work everyday". Love your introspection and at the same time talking about entrepeneurship. I disagree about lots of things you talk about business but still like them

Hah! I was surprised to see how unanimous the vote was, until I realized mine was the first & only vote 😂 Recently discovered your channel and really love your stuff, Josh! I’m not in a software/programmer/computer field, but my particular job has become increasingly micromanaging and exasperating. Your job related content has made me feel sane, reinvigorated, and more prepared for considering new opportunities :) Your personal content is what I saw first, though, and I think it’s a big part of why I connect so much with your job/other content. You’re an extremely, extremely strong person, and how you’ve dealt with your family issues is incredible. Your introspection and compassion are things we need more of in the world. And, your willingness to be vulnerable and share honestly has no doubt helped SO many people. I get absolutely lost in your long ass 1.5h storytime vids. You’re a naturally fantastic storyteller. I voted for corporate cringe because yours is the funniest I’ve seen 🤣 But ultimately, I’ll watch anything you put out because I enjoy your perspectives, and just hearing you talk tb

Apply to cringe jobs full undercover. Record the phone screenings and interviews, play along then confront them. Would be the best series of all time

Josh, I think what makes your content interesting is you. Your passion, dedication, and interest. As a result I think the best answer would be to cover what you want and have passion for.

Maybe have goal of one skit every quarter or month. But do it at your leisure and don’t rush to do it. Have the skits like a treat here and there until you feel very confident in them IMO

I used to like the cv reviews with HR lady I do watch most of the content. I'd like to see you chat with people in different professions, ask them what they really do in comparison to those day in the life of videos. Ask them about the salaries and typical requirements to do what they do. Maybe do their job vs Hollywood 🤔. Just afew ideas

Can you do more "Life advice" ? Like, - How I wasted my 20's. Etc. Those were good honest videos and I think many would benefit from them. Me personally, I would like it like this: 50% Corporate cringe 25% Personal content as mentioned above. 20% Skits/Vlogs - but as another guy said, Have it like a treat for us. 5% Something you would want us to see that isn't the norm. Surprise us!

I'm a YouTuber as well and I understand. Balancing the what will they watch with the what do I actually care enough about is a toughy.

Content where you teach us something. For example: "your work is not your family". You have shared life lessons, which helped me see my own position.
