@Timo Berger - Because the Group B cars were far less safe and harder to control. The new cars are quicker but the chassis, tyres etc have also moved on so it's a far more balanced series now.

I saw this video posted on your preview post but after clicking the video I minimize the video at the exact same time of the preview post and they both played at the same time on my phone. I can't make this up it just happened to be exactly the correct time.
