1. He stated that he orded the scale on Dec 31 2019 and hes expecting it on Jan 3rd, but he never got it.... it's Jan 1st.

I believe this is a case of someone who does not order online frequently or hes getting me mixed up with someone else. Just wanted to put this out there.
