John John, for the win! He is the most naturally gifted surfer on the tour, by far. Much aloha from Maui to our favorite rippah 🤙🏽

It’s JJF’s time to shine. His innate ability to adapt to what ever Mother Nature throws at him will prevail at new venues.

No one will have an edge. Every one of those guys are on top of their game including Robo.

Literally any contest where wave selection and consistency are not a factor is pretty much a guaranteed win for JJF

The sharks will thrive at Rotty if you drag the circus there. Shoulda run the (almost non-existent) Covid gauntlet & kept Easter at Bells

Just give the title to John. He would have easily won last year had he chosen to skip Rio all together and avoid surfing in 💩. If John can put another injury free season together he'll be world champ 8 to 9 out of 10 times. Gabby or Jordy(he's got 2 more years after that he's a wash) and Italo possibly. Other than that Jack Robinson could be the only 'surprise' champ and it wouldn't be that big a surpris
