I’m really glad you guys are all staying safe, I was really worried with how regularly you tour: “God please don’t let my favorite band get sick! That would suck!!” I grew up with skillets music in my ears and if anything terrible happened to y’all it’d be truly very heart breaking. God bless and thank you for staying safe.

Thank-You Jen. Even-though i don't know you very well, i will always look out for you since your cover of the song Oceans helped me get saved while watching the crucifixion of our lord and savior Jesus Christ. Ever since that day, my life hasn't been the same there was something evil out to get me and even-though i can't say that it was Jesus, i know that he protected me from that evil. There was this lady who used to come outside of our house and scream, sometimes even late at night and the owners of the neighboring houses would say that they would find her talking to herself and said that she was crazy or something, but i know that there had to be something more that was going on. This all occurred during the summer of 2015, i prayed even though i really did not know how to at the moment to the lord Jesus, and imagined to myself being there in real time watching the crucifixion of Jesus, while listening to your song and i remember that i cried and then it happened. I heard noise in my right ear, but when i turned to look there was nothing there. It sounded like when family and friends gather together to celebrate someone's birthday. Even-though this may seem surreal to a lot of people, i know what i heard and experienced and it does not matter what anyone says. I know i'm writing a lot, it's just that i don't know any other way to get to you as i rarely ever talk to people, its not that i'm a bad guy or don't like helping, it's just that people seem to always try to get the best out of everyone and that's not cool. Everyone should be happy with whom they are and appreciate the things that they currently have as we don't know when they will go away, and then we will be left wondering if only i had done this or done that. Back when i was in High school in 2005-2009, i would want to hang out with people who were older than me, however little did i know that those people would not turn out to be to good. Thankfully, around this time (2005) YouTube Broadcast yourself was starting to grab my attention. I say this because during that time, I would come home from school and be stressed out and i would want to go out with my friends, however thanks to the responsible parents that i have, they would not allow me to. Man, sometimes i feel very glad to have had them in my life, and i don't know who i would be today if it was not for them. Anyways, during this time i would come home and watch YouTube. During that time YouTube was very interesting to me and still is today, however it was more interesting to me during that time because it was filled with Rock music and it made me feel not alone. For this reason to me, Rock music will always be the heart and soul of YouTube, regardless of what anyone says. Fast forward to 2007, and i discovered a band called Flyleaf. Flyleaf would go on to become my favorite band along with Lacey Sturm, mainly because i remember coming home from school and watching Lacey and them always be happy and cheerful inside. I would always ask myself if only i could be like them. In addition to this Lacey and Flyleaf would go on to inspire me to follow my dreams, no matter how hard the road might be. This is especially true for me, because i was denied education, a driver's license, insurance, work, and even the ability to posses a debit card, since i did not have the proper documentation. This is because my parents brought me to the United States when i was only 2 years old, and was not a citizen. Fast forward to present day 04/30/2020, i'm 29 years old and i'm about to graduate from ECPI University in Greensboro, NC with an associates in cyber security. This was possible through the passing of the dream act in 2013 by president Obama. However, it was not easy because the law would allow me to go to school, however it would not grant me financial aid, so i had to work to save money to go to college. For this reason i enrolled in Harris Teeter Distribution in Greensboro N.C back in November of 2014. A couple of years later i was able to enroll in school and i now am very happy. I would like to thank Lacey for always believing in me to follow my dreams through the songs Believe In Dreams, and Arise. Arise especially since i remember driving to work listening to her song to give me inspiration to believe in myself. It don't matter how hard a dream may be, it is always reachable as long as you believe in yourself. Thank-You Lacey, and Thank-You Jen Ledger for helping to lead me to the lord Jesus Christ. Sorry for writing to long i have just been trying to get this to you guys and thank-you for having such a big influence in my life. One more thing, remember GOD IS LOVE, and he cares about everyone because we were created in his liking and he would love nothing more than for everyone to be with him. Sometimes it saddens me to know the evil things that we people do. Many people may not like what i'm going to say but someone needs to say it. Evil is present everywhere, in church, schools, family, friendships, everywhere nothing is exempt. However we are not supposed to judge because we also have sin. Everyone, remember you can't help someone if you can't help yourself first. I would love nothing more than for everyone to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, however neither I or anyone else should force it upon anyone, it is not our job, its Gods. We are just to inform them and God should handle the rest. He knows everyone and knows how to get someone's attention, we do not because we are not God. Since we are not God, only he knows everything. That's why sometimes it's hard for us to understand certain concepts in the bible, because we can only know so much with the time we are allowed to live on this earth. The bible is for everyone of all generations, and when someone tries to explain to you what certain things mean that are in the bible, it is only their opinion, nothing else. For instance, if we all really knew God that well, then he would tell us how to get rid of this Corona-Virus. However, no one seems to know the answer. I'm not saying that people don't know God, it's just that we are all growing and we are no where near the relationship that God had with Moses, or Enoch, etc.. We are all growing. Just remember everyone stay true, be safe, and let no one or nothing change who you are, because if you do then you will become sad, because nothing will satisfy you. Besides everything changes with time, people and things, the only one who will never change his love for you is GOD Jesus Christ. He who has Jesus has everything, and he who does not has nothing as they will be left wondering the world for a happiness of which they will not find. I totally understand, money is the root of all evil, however it is essential for us to keep functioning in society. Past generations of the world have made it to the point now that we have to use money or else, however the bible is the word of God and God is the truth, therefore money is indeed evil, because it turns us into greedy, hateful, jealous, etc.. individuals. That's why God spoke to people like Moses, and Enoch people who were distanced from society and were seeking the truth. If we saw them today we would be bothered by the way the look, and smell. Sorry for writing this much, I just want to say God Be With Everyone.

Love your mask, where did you get it? Jenn, I can't thank you enough for your music, it has truly touched my life and your solo songs especially "My arms" like felt like spoke directly to me and my situation and I'm sure so many more. You truly are a light for so many. Hearing how you overcome stage fright and anxiety and how you keep fighting! You truly inspire me as I too am a song writer and aspiring musician. I just fighting for my life with with chronic lyme disease for nearly a decade. You truly are a huge inspiration and part of my # musical medicine I listen to everyday music truly is medicine, praise and worship and warfare! I aspire to start a musical medicine movement. You touch me and so many because with your music. I suffer with stage fright and anxiety. I pray that God gives me ability to sing & record my songs before it's to late. Please pray for my family who all have this horrible chronic disease not recognized and covered up by gov. and very hard get any treatment, especially now. But I must choose to trust God. I had to share and pray you see this. May God bless you and help you spread his love and your heart through your singing and voice! And I bind anxiety in Jesus name!
