Hard work. On the surface level it looks easy, which is why I think a lot of older people completely discredit it as any sort of career. There’s a lot more to it than just hitting record and uploading it.

I’m trying everyday posting videos but it’s different from a regular job, I actually enjoy playing games and making them into shorts and than editing them! It’s my passion 😄

I think the hardest part is actually setting up your recording area, it took me about two hours to just figure out my camera position, mic, and obs

It's hard work at the beginning until being fulltime, then it probably will get easy cause you don't have to deal with 9-5 job and you can have more time in hand to make even better content and keep going up to do whatever you wanted :)

It depends on the channel. I know a financial channel who works only 2 hours a week on youtube and is making over 6 figures from his channel. The cpm in that niche is crazy. It’s just like any business. You can set it up so it’s easy work if you want. But in my opinion easy work always relies on luck while hard work guarrantees success. And I’m so passionate about youtube, I have no problem working 40 hours or more on a single video. Still have a long way to go though. 💪
