It probably depends on which project you working on. If it's a jetpack, feel free to do so, but if it's a "how to" with simple thing's, then it's bedder to also use ordinary tools, to show what great thing's can be done with normal tools.

If you do yt for living, why not? But I today it's all about money and advertising. Mostly on social media. I don't buy a tool only because a YouTuber uses it.
