Way of Ramen

Hey everyone hope you're doing well. It's starting to get cold and I think it's about time to knock off the ramen making rust. What kind of ramen should I try to make for future videos? Let me know in the comments!

@rudolf-blue

I’d be interested in your favorite kind of ramen, and seeing how you’ve improved in making it.

I'd love to see a video on how to make a chashu from chicken breasts. Also I'd love to see a video on explaining how to make a basic soup and how you can make your own recipe for soup.

Yep, the beauty of being a YouTuber: A one-man show run on top of the normal day-to-day responsibilities of your average joe. I feel you 🙂 -- I'm there myself quite often. If I may suggest a playlist topic: From Zero to Hero; 5 videos to start making ramen at home. I have been curating my videos into a playlist for some time, and often I get traction in videos that otherwise don't have much demand. It's a way to give love to your channel without the effort that a video requires. It helps me in times when I can't or don't want to shoot additional videos; Anyway, cheer up. I hope you rekindle your interest in Ramen soon.

Would love to see some heavy seafood bowls! There doesn’t seem to be too many videos out there on that. Or a nice tonkotsu as I don’t think you’ve done too much of that yourself. I learn a lot from your experimental videos.

This may have been done already but maybe a Beef ramen? Also do you think there’s anyway you could possibly do a video on different Ramen toppings like Chashu, bamboo, marinated eggs, that kind of stuff?

The best bowl of ramen I ever had was in Taipei oddly enough. It was a deliciously rich tonkotsu, but in addition to pork belly chashu, there was also a pork rib.

What about making ramen using ichiran's "instants"? Or perhaps just attempt to recreate a ichiran recepie?

Some sort of button mushroom ramen , I have a basic idea on how I would make them because where I live it's really hard to find a lot mushrooms that aren't button or champignon, plus it would be a great tribute to our fungal overlords!

Although its not really ramen, would be interesting to see you make something like Lanzhou beef noodle soup. Maybe you could "ramenify" it also?

Tuna “tonkotsu”. I had something called that at a ramen shop in NYC last year and it left a strong impression
