How depression is being adequately addressed in this pandemic. I’ve heard from various people things like “we’re all depressed right now,” which I feel invalidates a lot of people’s experiences with diagnosed, clinical depression

What do you do when you’re anxious about not doing enough which causes you to not do anything at all

This pandemic has allowed me to reflect on the past a lot and I’ve gone through quite a bit. I have a few things that I can’t stop thinking about that just make me upset all over again, so I was wondering if you could talk about letting go of things/memories that don’t service you to think about anymore? Any tools would be a big help, I want to move on and think of better things :) Also love your videos!!

Finding peace in these ~uncertain~ times. I am not an anxious person usually but lost my job, feel so out of control of everything, and find myself experiencing a lot of anxiety about being in a high risk group for COVID... I know we often turn to YouTube to forget about the issues in the world but it seems like this is something that probably a lot of people can relate to right now.

Qurantine has allowed me to reflect on my past life, especially some aspects that I now regret and cannot go back and change anything about it (for eg, not realizing the opportunity we had and investing in what is of no importance, not following our dreams/never trying to stick with our goals at that moment or always worrying about failing and not spending enough time to think before taking actions). There are also many things we may overthink and replay every details that happened in the past. Basically what I am saying is, we can tend to really be in our minds, so how do we deal with this at a time when we need to stay inside for a long time. Thanks!

I am getting increased anxiety about returning to ‘normal life’ so would appreciate and information on techniques to use about how to prepare for that. I’ve not really dealt with any such issues and usually suppress any kind of negative feeling, so anything that could help with dealing with such new feelings would be appreciated

Can you talk about the mental health effects as a result of Covid 19 and dealing with living with family during this time?

Anxiety and irritation/aggression. How best to process in the moment and to neutralize your response. When I get anxious I get irritable and I try to warn others that I need space but I feel like there should be more ways to cope than isolation especially now when I’ve got less me time and more we time at home.

Coping with grief and loss during lock down, and the exacerbating effect in anxiety would be helpful. I know there's innumerable factors that affect it, but would be interesting to hear some other perspectives and thoughts.

What a great video idea, looking forward to it already! I've been putting a lot of pressure on myself to emerge somehow better out of the pandemic and working from home period (which still continues here). Meaning healthy eating, exercise, trying to lose a bit of weight, deep-cleaning my cupboards, keeping myself busy with little projects.. but some days (or 2 days in a row) I just get anxious and overwhelmed, I accomplish nothing, don't leave the house, and eat way too much crap..which makes me feel even worse. And then some days I am super motivated and getting everything done. It's cyclical and I DON'T UNDERSTAND IT!! Sorry, not yelling at you 🤗. Any advice for dealing with this would be greatly appreciated

I'd love to hear narcissism be talked about. Specifically how it can affect those around them. My brothers and I have recently discovered that our mom is a narcissist and it's given me a big sense of relief in understanding my childhood. I think it's something that should be talked about more and there's a lot for people to learn about it that, honestly, I never knew until I started specifically looking into it.
