SO! I started this channel in 2015 when I was 18 and had just started college. This channel was my creative outlet, & I never anticipated it would grow this big and lead to so many opportunities with Cartoon Network and everything else. The SU cast and crew are amazing, and so are all of you. Don't let your memes be dreams etc etc
So anyway flash forward to like 1.5 years ago. Everything in my life was so different from when I started the channel. After SU Future ended, it was kind of a gradual thing where I decided it was time to let go of this YouTube era of my life and move onto new things. I graduated, moved to LA, started working in animation, and signed with a voice acting agent. It was a natural progression to me, but now suddenly a whole year has passed since I uploaded and I get comments regularly asking if I am dead. Oops. Since this channel was such a huge part of my life, I wanted to let you guys know where I'm at!! I'm still in LA, still working hard (from home). I'm under NDAs and all that, but suffice it to say that slowly but surely, and I'm moving closer to my goals of being an editor for TV animation and a voice actor. Still just getting started, but yea. I finally got my first TV animation production credit last year! Life is wild.
So no, I'm not dead, but I have changed my focus away from this channel for the foreseeable future. BUT that doesn't change the fact that basically every good thing I've got going for me today is indirectly or directly because of this channel. Because of you guys. EVERY DAY I feel so grateful to every one of you who supported me along the way. I still have comment notifications on, so I see them pop up on my phone, and it makes me so happy to know that my videos are still putting a smile (or a grimace, or a frown) on some people's faces. Of course, all of it is staying up for you guys to continue to view to your hearts' content. And I'm not closing the door on the chance that I might come back some day and post something else new, either. Like if they drop some SU spinoff a few years from now or something, you guys already know I'm gonna be back at it again (I just turned 24 tho so there might be some "what's up fellow teens" energy so watch out for that)
