Thank you so much for this recipe. Made it tonight and it was amazing! I used a cheap chuck roast from Walmart. Family loves it. So similar to prime rib. I’m thinking I’m going to save myself a cpl hundred dollars and make this instead of prime rib for Xmas. I’ll go to the butcher and get a round cut that is much larger than I made for tonight.
