First, your English is great. However, if speaking English slows your creativity... try the subtitles. You have so much to share, it might me difficult to convey everything, but do what you are most comfortable with. If it doesn’t get as much reach, add the voice over.

Hi guys I really want to be more active on my youtube channel again. So I have a quick question. As you know I come from Germany and English is not my mother's tongue. I am thinking about changing my channel and do all of my videos in german, this way I am a lot faster and I do not need a script for all of my into-takes and the outtro anymore. But this also means that I would have to add subtitles in English. I've already made some of my videos in german and they still had a good reach. What do you think? It is just an idea and I would love to get your honest feedback.
