When considering at-home hair removal lasers, what should I look for in those products? What should I look for in a professional setting? What kind of questions should they ask me/ I ask them, to insure safe service and results?

Omg, finally! I've heard that hair can actually come back... is it true? And if you suffer from hormonal problems or PCOS and produce more hair than normal, would it work or hair could grow again anyways???
