New video premiering tomorrow morning, saturday 31st at 10:00 AM pacific time. I started this roof a long time ago and am trying to get the last side dried in by the time the rains come this year. We'll see. This video sets up the project and introduces slate cutting, the pattern and the basic common slate roofing system. It's a time consuming, but rewarding project and one of two slate roof projects I've done, neither of which is quite finished :/
