Small or Medium. I just started getting Small and I like them a lot more because they're tighter. But I wore Large for my entire life which was way too spacious and uncomfortable for me. Medium is in between, (obviously), no problems with them but not my preferred size.

I like wearing bigger shirts since they look better that way, aren’t too tight, and over all feel much more comfortable

I went to a military school starting at 220 lbs and after the 5 and 1/2 month period i was down to 176. I went from large tshirts and xl sweats to medium shirts and small sweats
