Can you ask him another question, please? I have tendinopathy (tendonitis) in my both shoulders and in one of my knees. I have done multiple dry fasts ranging from 2-5 days, and I have also done a 7 day dry fast, but the tendons didn't heal. During the dry fast the inflammation and pain dissappeared, but after rehidrating they came back. Please, ask Dt. Filonov if we can cure tendinopathy with dry fasting, and what would be the optimal length of the dry fast in order to cure it. Thanks!
