@Lecarottin

Take your time to make things right. It always feels like it’s better to rush to make more stuff but taking thé time to think before act, to organize makes you save a lot of time at the end and makes more quality games. Also play everything, from mobile free to play to obscure flash indie games. Great ideas are everywhere, not only in the most successfull games. Cheers !

Never feel you cant, learn when to feel you shouldn't. If you try to make an incredibly ambitious game your first time, you may fail, you may even come to no longer like the idea. Instead make things that you know you can complete, each pushing your comfort zone a slight bit. In short, never get dragged by your ideas not working out, remember that you may just not be ready to do the game justice.

Take breaks! Be willing to pivot, don’t put all your eggs in one basket! Make something no one has ever played before! You must stand out! Improving at various talents will make you better at hiring said talent! Marketing is important, but it won’t save a “bad” game - at the end of the day, it’s still about the art! Spend more time imagining your final product - setting a target is useful, even if it’s a moving target! Write quality code, because you’ll be using it in the next project!

Eat properly, sleep well and evade the burnout like the plague. Being passionate is not a synonym of putting your life at risk or taking less care of yourself.

1.You should think about the gameplay before you think about characters design or story 2. Don't copy other games but let them inspire you 3. Creat only games that you enjoy developing them

People won't appreciate the amount of tiredness you put into your game if they weren't game developers so don’t care 💪

Game development (the root word: verb) ; Means to iterate on something, it's a process which means eventually it will take time , it will improve over time ..never hurry to release the game ( unless you are in game jam) -Prestige gamer

@spandandasgupta5773

Know when to stop, it's fine to polish your game, but that can be done infinitely. Know that you will never reach perfection so you should stop at some point or you will never be releasing anything

@branidev

Don't use Sample scenes from free or paid assets in your games it is showing you don't put any effort to build your game... And then your game look like quick cash grab. Another tip have someone who will help you setup a price so many devs overprice their games.
