Wow just found you today. Love the recipies. Have watched YouTube for several hours. I was looking for a single serving pecan pie and goggle went to you. I made it. Delicious. I also had some leftover blackberries in the fridge so made the cobbler. Both were awesome. I enjoy doing farmers markets on weekend and these recipies will give me desserts to make for single serve customers and will be able to offer a bigger variety without tying up a lot of expensive ingredients. . Can't wait to try all of them. Have my grocery list going.

Continue to make great recipes. Since you already have a wide variety of recipes, I would suggest to make adapted versions of the ones you have as people are on different lifestyles choices in their diet. Perhaps low carb, sugar substances, healthier ingredients i. e avoiding white sugar. Just some constructive feedback. Continue with your great recipes!

I would love to make your recipes but I can only make some because I don’t have the pans in the sizes that you use. I have only regular pans I don’t have a 5 x 7 I have a 8 x 8 And I’m certainly not gonna spend $25 to get one. I cook every other day so I cook for two days at a time. If you would just give us some recipes for those in a normal kitchen, I would love it and would be able to try all of your recipes except only a few.
