Kiki, YOU are AMAZING! Thank you for being transparemt and showing your true self. I juat started this Plant base way of eating and doing it low sodium and no oil and it's been tough😞😖 Especially coming from Mexico, where tacos with ONLY salt are the norm!! My family thinks I'm weird, and I proudly accept that title💪😊 Your videos inspire me to keep going everyday! Blessings to you K

Hi KiKi I think you are awesome. I tried going plant based before many times. I struggled the same way you did. I could not keep up with the cooking. You make it so much easier. Your recipes taste great yet are so simple. I think I finally got it this time. You are helping out a 52 year old person to start living their best life. Thank you. Keep up the great work.

Good morning Kiki ! So excited I got your new cookbook yesterday! I’m so excited to start today!I can relate to your story so much. I was plant based before. I should have never stopped. But others made me feel should have meat for protein so I did. When I did do plant based before I felt so good and helped my IBS. Also have hypothyroidism. Thank you for all you do and share. Grateful!

You, your family, and your channel are simply fabulous! With the coronavirus pandemic, we need to be frugal. Watching your channel is refreshing and allows me to incorporate healthy eating on a budget. I love how it's pleasing my husband and he has shown much interest watching me watch your program and incorporating high starch cooking. He offered to clean the pantry for me. Wow! I also love, love, love the cheese sauce. It's delicious!

I love your please, keep it simple! I'm one to make recipes that can keep me in the kitchen up to 2-3 hrs. Now I just make large batches of foods to have on hand. I love it. You are such a great example and help so many people in the nicest way. Your honesty comes through, you are sweet, honest and fun to learn from

You're the best, Kiki. I am always checking back to see your newest videos. Thanks to you and my own dedication, I am down 15 lbs since January, and every week losing about a pound in my post partum recovery. Slow, steady and sustained weight loss. I feel so great and mentally balanced eating this way. Thank you again for sharing your light. ❤

Thank you for sharing your experience I appreciate it more than I can Express. I really appreciate your honesty and transparency it's hard to be vulnerable. Thank you for documenting everything the way you have it definitely gives me hope! I've been wanting to get healthier for quite a while now but it's difficult as you know when you have a lot going on in your life. I've wanted to not only lose weight but just become healthy because I wanna live a long healthy life with my family. My husband went through a lot of really scary medical stuff now 13 surgeries and almost 10 years later we finally figured out what was causing his ailments and hes finally healing and isn't in as much severe pain as he used to be which is great he still has nerve damage and he hurts but it's dramatically decreased and just as we were starting to get our lives back I started having issues and it terrifies me! I need to get healthy because I wanna watch my children grow, our oldest turns 12 in 4 days, he is so beautiful, smart and funny! I don't want to miss any parts of his or our youngest life. I'm afraid if I don't make me changes sooner and start feeling better ...well let's just say I'm afraid of the what if. Given the health issues you were faced with how did you find the strength to make the changes because to me with the way that I feel currently with stress and the fact that my liver isn't esponding very well that medication very well and anxiety that I've never had before in my life I just can't bring myself to be brave enough to eat like you which is silly because honestly even though I have been chubby almost always I've always eaten extremely healthy primarily because it was the only way to keep the inflammation down in my husband's body because he had some much pain but since my also issues I have found afraid to eat most things in at this point I'm not even intrested in food and all and I need to eat because that's the only way is head I can heal. Did you ever experience anything like this and your journey were you just weren't sure if it was going to help you and was it worth the risk? I really appreciate any imparts I know that was really long and drawn out I apologize I'm just mentally not in a very good place right now and it's very unlike me, I have always been the strong one and I've always been the healthy one regardless of my size. Its scary scary there other things happening to me that I just don't now how to deal with I'm in uncharted territory so to speak. I just got the starch solution in the mail and hope to find some answers.
