No, your videos are right to the point and i love that. I have two special needs kids and finding 20 mins is super hard to myself. Your videos I finally enjoy, no bologna warmups, or cool downs, you do the excersise with little breaks in between and you jump to the next one and just get it done. I feel like the 20 min is 20 min of working out not stupid warm ups. You dont talk you just show the exercise!!! If you need a warm up or cool down this is easy to do on own.

I love this! No words. 20 second rests while showing the next exercise. Even a water break. It's beautifully done and I even liked the slightly Sci fi techno exercise music and I don't usually like exercise music 🎶
