Emma, your style has actually helped me to cut down on my clothing consumption. Your classic outfits show that jeans, t-shirts and nice accessories ALWAYS look chic. I follow a lot of bloggers, but only you (and The Anna Edit) have a style that I find to be both realistic and replicable. When you showcase products to buy and ways to style them, it takes the guesswork out of it for a lot of us, allowing us to actually buy less because we already know what works. Also, your style is very consistent (which I love) and so you are not encouraging people to go out and buy the trendiest items of the season. You also have that amazing disclaimer in every description box explaining that this is your job. All of this is to say - if someone is copying your "shopping" (in quotes because it's also your job) habits exactly (let's be real, us non-bloggers do not need that many boxy t-shirts, jeans, etc.) then that is absolutely on them. I know that you know this already, but really wanted you to understand that these dots are connected for me, and likely for most others as well. Keep doing what you're doing, because you're doing it so well! xx

Thank you for this, Emma. Not only the animals and global warming, but all the plants needed for future research on medicines for cures and being destroyed. ❤️. PS You both were near me in South Beach (South Point) awhile back. I saw you at the Big Punk but didn’t want to bother you. ❤️

As a Brazilian subscriber I’m beyond grateful for spreading awareness. Thank you Emma

I love that you’re using your platform to raise awareness. Keep just being you and doing your thing. I don’t think some people really see you beyond the clothes you buy... they don’t realise that your job is to buy clothes and review them so we make a more informed choice. They don’t see that all the clothes you’ve bought then donated gives someone else with less money than you the chance to own good quality clothes that will last a lot longer than the primark clothes which don’t last to make it to a charity shop. You’re a beautiful person ❤️

For some reason I missed this on my feed and just saw just now. Like everyone last week I was horrified when this came to light and we’ve already donated and implement any changes recommended (that we didn’t currently do) within reason. There’s no easy solution and everyone is accountable. There was also a lot of false information being put out which was also confusing to people. It’s 💔 and horrifying to see 😔 Thanks for using your platform to inform for such an important issue.

Thank you Emma for bringing this up. So sad. Your love of all animals and the earth is so nice to see. I see the other comments. If we all tried to make changes instead of pointing fingers and turn the finger around and ask YOURSELF how can YOU change. Love to you, Simon and the peanuts!!

Emma, I live in Brazil. The situation is ugly because this year was very, very dry here. Unfortunately, some photos posted were not even from here, some photos were from other countries. Other than that, I think that everyone should really complain about. We had years and years of corrupt government, and we didn't know that. Now this new government seems to be stagnant !!! Thank you for supporting us. Kisses!!! Namaste !!!!

Thanks for this post. You're doing far more to reduce waste than any whiners in the comments section. That's bc you're helping 215k subscribers learn how to make smarter wardrobe choices and reduce wasted time, money and resources. People who attack you for your good intentions will never be satisfied with your attempts to appease them.

The same is now in India and Russia( forests and animals turn to ashes. We irresponsibly consume goods, from packaging to furniture, only tragedies will be result if we don't stop.

Its wonderful to see realness in this world full of fakeness. None of us are perfect and just trying to change is a good start. Lots of love from Delaware, USA.

While we’re at it: viscose is made of woodpulp that is derived from cutting down the trees of the rainforest. So no viscose for me from now on, or only buying its sustainably sourced variation.

Sorry guys no video today but I’ll be back next week. Just needed to re-charge so those creative juices can start flowing again. BUT WHILE I HAVE YOU HERE...I feel like this really isn’t getting the coverage across social media and on the news but the Amazon Rainforest is on fire, it’s now spread over the border into Bolivia and we’ve lost over 3000 square miles. I daren’t think about how many animals (many endangered) have perished not to mention the affects on the indigenous people who call this rainforest ‘home’ 😢 These weren’t accidental or natural fires, they were started deliberately as a means of deforestation. If we lose the rainforest we lose our fight against climate change, so basically, we’re screwed.
This has now become an urgent appeal so please do what you can to help, spread the word, sign the petition and donate if possible support.wwf.org.uk/donate-amazon 🙏🏼
