Smoothies, mashed potato, ice cream, custard, baby food, juice, apple sauce, mashed bananas, soup are all great ideas to try. I lived on a diet of that after my wisdom teeth, hope you recover soon!

I am so sorry to hear and hope you feel better soon! That pain is called Trigeminal neuralgia. I have had it and it is the worst pain...so excruciating and just stops you in your tracks and puts you into fetal position. I found using a buckwheat pillow warmed in the microwave to be so very helpful. Muscle relaxants are supposed to be good for blocking the pain signals from the nerve, maybe check with your DR about those if you are not already on them. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

I used a whole clove when I had toothaches. Just apply it to the gum where the tooth is affected. Old fashioned remedy but it works. Also try a salt water gargle it will help with getting bacteria and other gunk you cannot regularly get with flossing and brushing out of the mouth.

I really hope you feel better soon! 💕I know how hard it can be cause I'm in a similar boat right now... the pain my broken tooth and the damaged nerv is causing me is horrendous. The throbing pain feels like I'm being hit with a electrified baseballbat in the face over and over again. Mashed potatoes is very soft and maybe smooth green pea soup? I think green peas have a pretty good level of protein if I'm not mistaken. Or juices for the vitamins. Just make sure that you get as many different nutriants as possible despite not being able to chew that muc

Potato mash and gravy, but warm not hot, as I found hot stuff so much worse with wisdom teeth

Any extreme tooth pain is the worst, you can't ignore it or push through it but it also can't really be easily treated. Hope you find out what's going on and feel better soon. <3 As far as foods, I can't think of anything everyone else hasn't said but if you find the foods you're eating are getting boring, adding sauces and spices (nothing too hot or acidic to avoid irritation) can change things up nicely.

Mich Rimmer
hello everyone!💝 I’m currently writing this from my 2nd day in bed. I’m really sorry to say that there won’t be a video tomorrow/this week as I’m unbelievably unwell. If you’ve been keeping up to date with my dental journey, you’ll know that I had a filling and crown put in a few months ago. On Wednesday I started having horrific jaw/tooth/ear pain shooting up my jaw. It felt like an electric shock. My whole body was shaking. It was really the most painful thing I have ever experienced in my life. It’s so terrible that I end up crying because of the pain. The worst part is that the pain just comes and goes. It’s awful swelling and throbbing.
I went to the dentist for an emergency appointment and nothing came up on the X-ray but I’m still experiencing the pain. It’s super frustrating not knowing why I’m going through this agony. Sadly, my dentist says I’ll have to wait at least 3/4 weeks to see if anything shows up on the X-ray so we can compare it to the X-ray we took 2 days ago. I’m now on antibiotics to see if that helps if the tooth is infected and I’m taking very heavy painkillers to try cope with this pain.
I’m currently living off soup and yoghurt. I’d really appreciate it if you guys had any suggestions for soft foods to eat when you’ve got toothache. Chewing is not an option for me right now.
Hopefully I’ll be feeling much better soon. I just wanted to keep you all updated with why there may be break on videos for the time being. I’m sorry.
For the time being, if you missed my latest video here is the link to it https://youtu.be/3WlaiUxYK5g cal and I went on a little date night and tried out a new food hall in Liverpool! If you enjoyed it please leave a like and a comment, I really appreciate it! Once again, here’s a little poll- would you like to see more date night vlogs?
