I think the current format is great! It seems bona fide with minimum editing, no jerky shots and silly music playing in the back ground. Food is the focus and it looks delicious . Good Job!

You guys do a great job! Ask to Jules to have a small burner at the working bench, so, it is easy to film every step. Also, if he could explain why he does some steps it would be wonderful, so we learn some techniques! BTW, we loved that you both are back filming!!! Merry Christmas!

One of the things I love about Julian’s work is that it is real not staged like other people do he does not waste anything and when he makes a mistake like putting the egg yolks in the wrong bowl makes him human and is funny I love his videos and how you John pock your hand in to get a taste I do a lot of baking been doing for over 40 years and replicate some of this recipes and I enjoyed very much sometimes I make alterations but that is in my nature Thanks and keep the good work

I like your videos the way they are. They are not staged - honest cooking and baking. Just like at home. If you have enough time it would be nice to find the list of ingredients in the coments below but it's okay to put them down while Julien is whirl8ng around measuring stuff 😁. I'm glad you don't have 'background' music like many others have. So much more interesting listening to Julien explaining, giving advice, funning around. The videos with his wife and kids are special treats. Thank you very much for your work. You're doing a m8ghty good job.

I've been enjoying immensely his return with that distinctly talent and fun twist he always has. I love the love you John put into the recordings, editing, and the occasional food stealing :) I do wish for the sake of spreading his talent further, having a separate channel for Julianne would be a huge improvement

Worth mentioning here John, what alternatives can we uses at home, for example, Can we proof the bread in a domestic oven? Would a standard Kenwood food mixer mix dough? That sort of thing.

Maybe have ingredients ready and vary shots a bit more...tighter shots etc etc. Trying lam brioche for morning buns today. Merry Christmas and thank you!!! Thank you!!
