Hello, everybody!
I hope you're all doing well. I want to talk to you guys about the covid vaccine and I know it might seem weird that I'm posting this here, but it's a bit of an emergency and since I have a lot of subscribers, I was thinking maybe someone could help me with a comment about the vaccine. Since I couldn't find anything on the internet about it, I was wondering maybe there are some of you or maybe you know someone that got the vaccine and had a thyroid problem, more specifically hypothyroidism. Did you or did that person have any problems after they were vaccinated? My mother is a nurse and she's supposed to get the vaccine, but she's a bit scared that it might have some side effects because of her hypothyroidism.
Also, I would just like to know more in general about the people that were vaccinated and how they felt after it, especially the ones that were vaccinated like weeks ago or something like that, not recently. (Edit: Here in Romania they brought the one from Pfizer.)
Please leave a comment if you have any information or personal experience, thank you in advance! Take care! 💗

Hi! I have a family member who is also a nurse and he got the first Pfizer vaccine three weeks ago and he is getting the second one this week. When he got it he didn’t have any serious side effects, just soreness at the site of injection. He has some chronic health problems but he was fine when he got it. I would recommend consulting your primary care provider for concrete recommendations relating to the vaccine and your specific scenario but we even know some pregnant mothers who have gotten it and they also seem to be okay but everyone is different regarding their health so make the choice right for you!

Hi I just wanted to quickly point out that having fever, muscle pain and headache after getting a vaccine is completely normal. This happens with every vaccine. I always react with fever, and muscle pain is just because vaccines get injected in a muscle. Hope this helps a lil for everyone that’s a little scared.

You mentioned that you wanted to know about those who got it weeks ago but my mom (who is also a nurse) got the vaccine a week ago and hasn't mentioned any problems with her hypothyroidism yet. Would it help you if I gave you an update later on about it? I'm not sure which vaccine she got though...
