This is Soul! She's aslo from the "Guardian of the Realms" Universe!. Just like Starlight. Their both from the Canine realm as guardians so yeah, they do know each other.

She has the power to Turn invisible for who she wish to be invisble for. (She looks like the 'Using powers' colors for those who can see her while she's well.. using her powers ofcourse lol.)
